I had a scheduled appointment on 7/27/18 at 11:30am, and Olivia (person doing my hair) didn't arrive until almost 12pm. She spent almost two hours doing my highlights, and when rinsing out my hair she stated that the red hair dye ran into the blonde dye on my hair, and I could come in tomorrow to get it fixed, because it looked kind of bad. She sat me in a chair due to another customer coming in, and proceeded to start coloring the other person's hair without completing my hair. After 3 hours I told her I needed to go, and asked if she was planning on finishing my hair. She finally put toner in my hair, and I asked her to take a half an inch off my hair. She started cutting my hair and apologized, because she cut off almost two inches due to trying to make it even on both sides, because she took too much hair off of one side and she apologized, and this was about 4 hours into the appointment. I left after she ruined my haircut (and it can't be fixed due to her cutting it sooo short), and she did not style or fix the messed up hair dye on my head.
