My sister and I came in to get our nails done today the total came to 95 dollars. We both got acrylic gel nails. They took two dollars off hers because they scuffed her nail and left a mark rather then re doing
the nail. The girl that did mine cut my cuticles way too much and made me bleed without saying sorry. Charged us 10 dollars extra for putting my hand in a bowl of cold water and cutting my cuticle and called it a “manicure”, No massage, no lotion, nothing. Seemed to be in a rush, instead of taking there time and giving us quality nails. The place seemed to be clean besides the fact she pulled out a used buffer, and used nail file especially with everything going on i would have thought it would of been a little more sanitary. My nails look pretty besides my bloody cuticle.

I went in for Acrylic fill in and pedicure! Just moved up here read the reviews and was all for it! Smh everything while I was there was ok they didn’t try to even speak to me was to fast doing my nails I thought anyways well not even 2 whole days later my gel polish peals off 3 of my nails then they start chipping after a week I have to go somewhere else and get fixed!! Cheap products not using enough clear coat smh just sad!!!

I recently visited Nikki Nails as a treat to myself because honestly life is hard sometimes. I got the cat eye gel nail polish (207, great color by the way) and was amazed at the service that I received. Upon arrival, I was offered water and worked on by two ladies at the same time (I got a manicure and a pedicure, one on both ends of my body). This was very prompt service and both ladies were very sweet and funny and we all three had a good conversation throughout the duration of my experience. Shawn in particular was very nice and hilarious and kept a light hearted conversation going. She did my manicure and did an excellent job, may I add. A picture does not encompass the greatness of my nails at this moment, but all of my edges are smooth and the color was delicately applied. Aside from the service, I was also very happy with the selection variety that was offered. They not only provided an array of services, but the nail colors and types of nails were large. I was very pleased with the experience in its entirety.

I came here today 9/11 to get my nails done after seeing the reviews and received the worst treatment ever. Being 8 months pregnant, the lady placed the gel machine right on my belly without care, the man doing my pedicure was not careful with me, he didn’t handle my feet with any care. I was forced to say something. I will NEVER EVER go back there. They seem to care about money more than their customers. Beware
