Juana is a very knowledgeable hair stylist and she provides great customer service. She gives me what I want as a customer, while still educating me with what I need to know. She works quickly and efficiently, which I've appreciated so much over the last 8 years.

Horrible customer service. ..she make me feel like she was doing me a favor. .she over charge me at the end.and she was having an arguments with me. I told her i dont usuall do a blow dye but she said she doesn't belive me.Never going there again. ...my first time and last time.
