The manicure lasted a whole week! Great! Pedicure fabulous! The only thing was mr witnessing the nail tech who I got...rinsing her instruments with ONLY water from the previous client she had in her chair! Nonchalantly ready to use them on my feet... Instead of putting them in the heat sanitizer! I brought it to her attention! Be aware!

I went to this nail salon on a groupon. The facility is run by a small number of beauticians and has limited seating (around 5 chairs). You do not need an appointment to go in though its recommended. You walk in and the lady managing the front desk asks you to select a nail color. The selection of colors is good but they charge an extra 5 dollars for the better brands. You are then directed to the chairs, which have an inbuilt massager which was nice. I got a regular pedicure and a manicure and while the nail work was good, i felt that the lady managing the salon rushed me because she had more patrons than the available seating. The beautician resultantly spent very little time on my feet. For my manicure, I had the lady at the front desk herself doing the mani. She seemed very rushed and in the middle of the process she abrubtly went, "Pay now". Which I felt was very unprofessional and awkward. She should have waited until the service was complete. I wasnt going to go without paying her. I saw she was doing the same to everyone. The pluses were the complimentary drink and the parrafin wax. I wouldve highly recommended the place had they been more professional.

I purchased a Groupon for a no chip mani regular pedi. This was a great experience. Decent salon and excellent staff. I am very pleased - my no chip mani is actually not chipping. This is actually a 1st for me. I don't know if it was the polish or her techniques. I am 10 days on and no chips yet. I appreciate it and will be back.

I have been getting no-chip (gel) nails for years. I have lived in several states and cities and I have never had a better manicure or better service at any other nail salon. From beverages, neck wraps, parafin on your heels, tp back massages and more - their service is outstanding. There are countless nail salons between where Spa Spot is located and where I live, and I make the trek every time because they are worth it.

I was originally very pleased. The staff was friendly and the quality seemed to be good. However, when the polish began to chip and I removed it, I noticed it had stained my nails HORRIBLY. I will NOT be going back.
