I’ve been a loyal client of Juana’s for over 10 years, and I can’t understand why some people are leaving negative reviews. Juana is a true professional and an incredibly kind soul. As a small business owner, she’s worked hard to build a reputation for excellence, and her skills as a hairdresser are unmatched. To those claiming she’s “expensive,” I have to disagree — her prices are very reasonable for the quality of service she provides. I’ve always left her salon feeling amazing, and I’ve never witnessed any of the negativity people are claiming. Juana is not only talented but also loving and caring toward her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your results. To those leaving rude comments — you clearly don’t know Juana. She’s one of the most professional and genuine people I know. Juana, you are amazing, and I’ll continue to support you. Keep doing what you do best, and don’t let these negative reviews get to you. You’re the best!

Had one of the best experience here at jessicas hair n nails! She helped me get the perfect color of red in my hair couldnt be happier! Highly recommened this salon!

I got a keratin treatment and my hair looks great feels great too. Her prices are good for the treatment and it lasts 6 months. Shes really funny and sweet too.

I came in as a walk in to get a hair cut and I sat down with the lady who cuts the hair here and she was nice at first . But when I asked her what type of cut she was doing to my hair cause of how she was cutting it. She said I’m taking off the dead hair I said ok. She then argued and said what you don’t want it and I didn’t say anything and she’s like okay you don’t want it I won’t do it . I then looked at her and said I didn’t say I didn’t want it I just said what are you doing for the cut. After that she combed my hair back and aggressively scraped the back of my neck with the comb . Didn’t even apologize or anything . I told her if you don’t want to cut my hair you can just say something not hurt me . She said well you don’t want to be here okay then no worries .
Like what type of hairstylist are you??? You wanna work with people you should have some good customer service.

Never a fail, I always leave satisfied.
I show her a picture of what I want and she makes it happen.
I always tell her my concern of damaging my hair when it comes to bleaching but she’s always checking on my hair and uses products and treatments to care for my hair.
