It is always a pleasure to go to The Porch. I feel like a new person when I leave. Staff is personable , you know they all care. Have been a customer for many, many years.

I went there twice, they did a better job the first time, this time they straightened out my curly hair too much when they blow dryed it even tho I told them not to. But I like my haircut now bc it got bouncy by itself again

Update: I am changing my score from 1 to 4. I went back for a redo and Alberto (?) was amazing. He took the time to listen to my bad experience. He was professional in getting it resolved. He was flexible in when I could come back. He gave me a normal haircut and fixed the weird hair colors to normal highlights. He knows how to cut curly hair. I really recommend him. I wish my entire tip went to him.

They (Kim?) gave me a curly mullet. I'm so upset. I said Long in the front and short in the back. Not vice versa. Going back today to another person. I had to wait a half an hour even though I had an appointment. Then the hairdresser took two walk-in's even though I needed to be rinsed. Then there was this really annoying kid there who I think was the owners child. The kid wouldn't leave my hairdresser alone. I think my hairdresser was just distracted. I gave her the biggest tip too. The hairdresser gave me red roots and blonde tips. I asked for highlights.

I have been going to the Porch salon for years and would recommend this salon to anyone. Dee is the best !!
