I've lived here for a almost 5 years and really like it. Its an older building but they do a good job with maintenance.A great living community that feels like home. I have really enjoyed living here. The experience has been great! The staff has been very helpful specially property manager Ed. It was pleasant and easy transitioning when I moved and when I moved out.

I’ve been here for a year now and I’ve had a great experience overall. MANAGEMENT IS AWESOME! They listen to all you concerns and act on them immediately. Maintenance is 24 hours and they get things done!

The new management company has done a nice job updating the hallways with fresh paint, carpeting and lighting fixtures. They replaced roofing on the buildings, as well as adding picnic tables, benches and dog runs. The staff is very nice and helpful if you have questions. The only issue is parking lot drainage on some streets.
Otherwise, it’s a nice, diverse community near every store you can think of and great restaurant options.

I've been at this location for 5 yrs. I finally moved out when the new management decided to raise the rent. It wasn't a small increase but a few hundred dollar increase. I have always paid on time and have brought up issues that the last management seemed to ignore and apparently this new management isn't any different. When I moved in I paid a month in advance to secure the place and didn't move in until after. The precious management said I wouldn't have to pay my last month there and it would work itself out in the end. Well now that I'm moving out they are charging me for a few day that i was there although I left earlier and are also tacking on 2 month worths of utilities because they claim their system is behind yet I've always paid them every month. My apartment reeks of mold and the previous management didn't do anything about it seems like they just painted over it in the past. My apartment was k-003 and I would not rent out that unit. I refuse to pay when i was told by previous management my last month was paid for when I paid the month in advance especially since the apartment has only become worse with the mold issue. I have pictures to show the mold.

Thank god!!! they kicked out the old management especially the
ex-manager avani shah...she was a disgrace and total disaster , so was her staff before..
TLC sent new management Ed and his team are totally blessing to this community. They are extremely helpful and cooperative.
Please continue good work and god bless u guys.!
Try to keep Avani shah off this property and surroundings , LOL
