If I could rate it a 0 I would. They fudged up my wife's nails horribly. Instead of LISTENING to what my wife was saying! They kept being argumentative and not wanting to fix their mistake. It took me stepping in and talking assertively to get anywhere. Everyone but the manager was very rude.

I was referred by my friend Mary and she was right! The technician was very efficient and paid attention to detail. I had a mini/pedi and she took care of me like an important customer! I'm going back again! Very clean salon too.

The lady who did my nails would not listen to me and while cutting the extensions she cut my skin, the end results of my sns were very bumpy it felt like sandpaper on my nails, she did not do a good job and after showing her she made it worse, she didn’t even bother buffing the nails or even dusting off the powder after dipping my nails. I was very unhappy with this place they were very forceful when I didn’t want a pedi, the pedicure wasn’t even a full pedicure and did not paint my toe nails right, I ended up having to fix my own nails when I got home. I definitely do not recommend this place!!!

UNREAL.... The moment I walked in I was greeted by a lady on the phone sitting in a chair would not get up to help me sign into a tablet that was off.. So I just didn't.. And picked a polish. My hands were grabbed 3 times asking if I wanted a manicure. Then I get a basic pedicure and all that entailed were my nails clipped and cuticle pushed back... I asked why I'm not getting a full pedicure and they said it was not included in basic.. OKAY WHAT?!?!? So I paid 27$ for my cuticles to be pushed back and a polish change?!? I skipped the polish and left... This place is a joke and huge disappointment.

My daughter and I came here and had a wonderful 1st experience. The whole family made us feel welcome as soon ad we stepped in the door. My 9 year old had so much fun getting her pedicure and nails done the first time, they were gentle and now she's "hooked."
