I have always received good service on their Regular Mani/Pedis. The technicians are always friendly, quick, and efficient (can generate a wait during lunch hours). Note, some polishes cost extra. Be sure to check with the technician first, as they are not clearly marked. This hasn't happened to me, but I've seen other customers become frustrated with the additional polish charge.

Very rude staff, called three times are got hung up on, by just asking a general question on services they provide. Would not recommend going.
