I just love Jade doing my nails. I have followed her from another salon.
She is very friendly and courteous. Next time ask for Jade she will exceed your expectations.

I hate this place, they need to go out of business. They don't know how to do nails at all, the lady I had couldn't polish and had to keep going over and over but it still was wrong.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Received one of the sloppiest gel manicures of my life here yesterday. The technician was extremely rough with my brittle nails while filing, not to mention she filed them after soaking, which I recall from beauty school is a no-no. She shaped my nails very unevenly and way overdid cuticle trimming, drawing blood on my left thumb. There was no evidence the tools she used had ever seen an autoclave. When she was pushing back cuticles on my right hand she used a somewhat sharp tool and actually peeled away layers of my nails. I should have walked out before she even got to the polish process, but I mistakenly gave the benefit of the doubt.
During the gel process she was again sloppy, leaving bumps and texture caught in the gel, then not fixing it as I pointed it out. There was lots of polish left in my nail beds and on my finger tips when I left. The polish she used itself was dry and sticky. She pushed the color all the way into my cuticle, which leaves a lip as it grows out and makes the gel more likely to lift and peel away. She used 3 coats of gel making the coverage overly thick and again, prone to peeling. On the final top coat she was careless about coverage, leaving the finish uneven and patchy, shiny like glass in some areas with noticeable dullness in the patches she missed. The UV lamp was dirty, there were crumbs and debris on my fingers every time I took them out from under the lamp, debris that could easily get stuck on my sticky nails and further ruin the uniformity of the manicure.
Generally speaking I paid $35 for something I could have done better at home myself, I have the uv lamp and everything.
What's worse is I sat in my car working up the nerve to walk back in and complain, and when I did I was met with excuses, resistance, three employees were chattering back and forth with an energy that made me feel very stressed and embarrassed. I decided to just leave and never come back. Chalk the wasted money up to experience and warn others.

This was such a bummer for me. This place should close at 6pm or sooner. No reason to be "open" when the lady working on my feet is rushing, and yelling out to the person who is waiting to pick her up (who clearly cannot hear her through the glass). I called to make sure they were open until 7pm on Saturday night. The lady said yes, but last appointment at 6:30pm. So I came in at 6:15pm for a pedicure (didn't actually get started until 6:25p because she was finishing up the previous 2 customers that were leaving and then I was last).
I asked for the "deluxe". I was the only customer there, and there was only one lady working. at 6:30 the lady said she would not do the deluxe, but just the "regular", and I could see that she was starting to rush and yelling/waving to the person sitting out in the car waiting to pick her up. she was done by 6:40 and was clearly rushing, barely took time to paint my toes, and clean them up. I refused to pay because it was just not what I wanted, and I hated feeling rushed. And sadly, the lady hardly spoke english, so I didn't even know how to communicate with her that this was not right. I get many have them have been there all day, but this was ridiculous to have an unpleasant interaction with her.
