The worst manicure ever! Don't come here. I dropped in for a schellac manicure. The woman helping me tried to sell me a bunch of other services until she finally excepted that I "only" wanted a manicure. She cut my finger twice. One is still bleeding, half an hour later. She was sloppy, missing half of the nails and used too much polish so that most of it ended up on one side of the nails. I pointed out my concerns during the manicure, but she responded that my nails have that weird shape etc. I complained again when leaving and was told by the manager that I should have said something before and no other customer had ever complained. The manager got even angrier when I said I wasn't gonna pay tips. A horrible place.

I got gels. It's a little messy. Could be better. She messed up one and fixed it which is good. They charge extra to take off gel that you come in with.

I literally just had the WORST experience at this place. I have been going consistently on a weekly basis for a couple of months, but after my nails were rushed, and left uneven I was reminded that there is not shortage of nail salons in NYC and recommend that you check those out before stepping foot into this establishment.
I dont understand how "Blanca" could have such a horrible attitude after doing such a horrible job on my nails and being called out on it. I just spent $47 dollars to now go and have my nails re done. To top it off I was even asked at the end if I needed change to give her a tip. I feel personally that tips are earned and she certainly didnt earn one today. Save yourself and do not go there!

I read reviews and was pretty shocked.Sometimes we all have bad day,as we all are human beings and allowed to make mistake.But we cannot be this critical depending our mood.For me, girls seem all really sweet.Its under new management and pretty affordable price for Manhattan! Thankyou girls for making my nails look so pretty. cheers !

I am sorry to say, although the owner was very friendly and super courteous. .. the service was not good. At least with the lady who did my mani/pedi.
She rushed, she grazed pumice stone on my foot, although I asked that she use it- and stated she already did. Was not thorough.
She missed half my pinky nail. I had to go back to work and had closed toe shoes, I asked for the plastic over so I could walk. She did not apply oil to my big toe nail, so when I took the plastic off at work, half the polish was gone.
One lady left because she was told 2 minutes and she was next, she waited almost 20.
I should have looked at the reviews before I went.
