I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The nail technician encouraged me to try SNS because it is healthier for my nails and lasts 2-3 weeks. Less than a week later I had a nail completely fall off and the next day four more fell off, my hair was getting caught in the nail. The ones that were still intact had large gaps in my nail bed. I went back to get my nails fixed and the owner stated she was going to charge me to fix my nails even though the manicure was faulty and didn’t even last me a week. She took no ownership of the faulty job regardless of me being a regular customer. I have never had an establishment that did not take ownership of their fault and fix the mistake. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The ambiance is nice, the workers are sweet and my nails look amazing !!!! Try the SNS powder. It did wonders for my weak nails.

Awful pricing .... baffling they are still running.
The professionalism in here? Your kidding me...a tip is not mandatory & your team thinks it is. Your team constantly talking about others while ur co worker comes over to look at the nails you are talking down upon making a customer more uncomfortable is wrong. And I witnessed not even a thank you, gracias, xiexie (Chinese thank you) do not have a clue on customer service or returning customers.

I went to salon for the first time April 6 and I was very pleased with the service and my nails. This will definitely be my place. Veronica was my nail technician and she did an excellent job. Thank you Veronica.

I wanted to try a new place. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. first of all everyone is speaking Spanish. The lady that did my nails on 7/26/19 at 945am wasn't pleasant at all. She claims she doesn't speak English and when I tipped her she didn't even say thank you..she had a dismissive attitude tone uhhhhh. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. This place is not for ME..
