I went here because they had the best reviews in the area. When I walked in, they took me immediately and the owner David ended up being the one to do my nails. I got a full set with just polish. He said how short handed they were that day and basically the entire time, he was looking around to see who was open or about to be available for the walk ins that came in. He ended up doing a terrible job. My nails were different lengths, some of them flared and some did not (I got square acrylics). When he painted them, they were extremely goopy with air bubbles in over half of the nails. When I pointed the air bubbles out he just said “No I don’t see any air bubbles” and finally said he could paint another top coat and that should fix it. I asked him to just take it off and I would go home and paint them myself. He offered to repaint them but if he did that terrible of a job the first time, I wasn’t going to sit there for him to do them again. I won’t go back

came here with a friend on a whim to get a pedicure. BEST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD!! I had Jenny she was so sweet and very thorough. my toes look awesome. the salon was clean and beautiful. I am so impressed. I will definately be going there from Now on

I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the nail tech did a nice job. When it came time to pay, I attempted to use a forgotten gift card I received a little less than two years before. The owner denied the gift card even though it had no expiration date since they now use a different type of gift card. I argued that this wasn't right and he offered to pay for half of the gift card "out of his own pocket". The company has already received the money for the full gift card. At this point I accepted since I just wanted to leave. I have no respect for businesses who don't do the right thing for their customers and will not be returning to this nail salon.

Kim's personality and attitude was awful, everytime i told her i was bleeding from my nail she kept jerking my hand to relax and i kept telling her she was hurting me. I have scabs now on my cuticles and she didn't say a word to me the entire time but loved talkin to everyone else in Korean about me. I will never go back here again. Don't tip her 8$ cause i felt bad but days later my fingers still hurt and burn.

I usually don't post reviews- but everyone here is amazing, I just had too! We just got 2 pedi's & 3 mani's done, and the staff was great! Nails all look beautiful.
They also finished a renovation a few months ago and the place looks INCREDIBLE. (They also have a private spa room for nails etc').
Recommended!
