I have been going to Universal Nails for 15+ years. Adore the owners Danny and Kim and the others who work there. I’ve never had a bad experience, always excellent work whether my nails or pedicure. Extremely friendly and fun people. They always want to know that your leaving satisfied
I moved to Puyallup, but still drive to Universal Nails, would never consider anywhere else.

It was by far the worst experience of my life. I’ve gone to this place several times and always had a good time. I’m not sure if it was because the way I was dressed or not but I will never return. I have on workout clothes and a baseball cap. There was a guy that did my pedicure that barely wanted to touch me. I'm not sure if it was be because I’m African American or what. I got up in the middle of my pedicure and left and the owner still charged me. My toes are not painted or anything. I’m so andry right now.

CLEAN, Wonderful HAPPY place. Dip powder professionals! Kim did a fab job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Me and my daughter have been getting our nails done here for years. I get the dipping powder done now and love it!

Very busy come up but they are quick to accommodate for walk INS. They do a pretty good job, the place seems clean, however they did have a bit of a hard time understanding what I specifically wanted
