They accommodated a last minute appointment which was great, but appeared annoyed when I asked for a dip rather than a no-chip and regularly left me to wait with no communication about the delays. I pointed out a miscolored spot during the process which was ignored and remained in my final manicure. After asking for a matte finish, a shiny topcoat was applied and it started peeling off within days. Overall, disappointing first experience.

They are limiting appointments, have clear plastic separators between employees and customers, use a file and buffer you take home with you, and everyone wears masks. I felt completely safe.
