Unprofessional staff. They have two Spanish ladies that they talk about everybody who enter the salon in Spanish. They get too confident with young clients talking about the elderlies ..They talk very laud and when they whispering is because they are criticizing the female that go to this salon, but sometimes they don't know that there are people who speak Spanish sitting and listening to their comment. The others are very rude and they want to do your nails their way. What about more courtesy and respect, and them 'We pick a color:

Ossly is amazing low prices on nails amazing service she does the best designs in town and so professional you want one of a kind nails with out spending alot come to this place ask for ossly you will never go anywhere else after she does you nails and eyebrows!!!!!!

This is the first place that my daughter and I had an excellent full set and pedicure done. They actually took their time on us and done every thing attentively. Here on out this is the only nail salon I'll ever go to. So glad I found it.

The salon is pretty and clean but I won't be going back again. I tried them and got a manicure, with french white tips painted on with their gel nail polish. Almost a week later they were turning yellowish orange color. I went back to see if they would fix it or take it off either way would have made me happy. They said they would fix it but asked me if I worked or colored my hair or had chemicals. No I don't color my hair and I am a stay at home mom and yes I clean my home with cleaners. They said it was probably that even in the week this happened I had not clean my home because of lots of Christmas shopping. They fixed them alright! He painted one side with thick white lines and the other side thin and then didn't even PUT LAST GEL COAT ON! My nails immediately were noticeably different. They were not sealed like my right hand and smudged and peeled off within 5min. Will not recommend he didn't want to be bothered he was in a rush mood for no reason.
