I will never go back. My sister, my mom, and I went to go for a walk in. They said it was a twenty minute wait, so we told them what we wanted and they said we can come back then, and they would be ready for us. So we went to shop. We came right on time, and ended up having to wait another fifteen minutes, for people that came after us. Once we sat down, we were rushed, and my sister was still deciding and we were sat down and asked if we picked out colors, we said no. So, my mom had to pick our color. It was a very rushed pedicure. We could tell they were talking about my mother's feet, and laughing afterwards. When I had my manicure, the woman was murmuring to me very quietly to put my hand in the dryer once I had my nails painted. I did then she said no, no, no, under her breath. My sister was a usual customer, so her nails were amazing, as for my mother's and I's, not so much. Not even five minutes after we left, my toenails started to crack. My nails on my hands were fine as I got gel. Overall terrible experience. Very overpriced. Will not be going back.

Nail tech was in too much of a hurry to make acrylic look blended into nail bed, smooth them,and put polish on to cover whole nail. She also cut them too short, AFTER I requested to only square them a little. They have better techs, just not this one and at least 1 other that is sadly lacking. I now have acrylic with gel overlay blobs that are shorter than I like.

I have a bit of mixed emotions with this nail and spa place. I would definitely call myself a dedicated bliss client and love to take my friends there when they are in town but I took my mother once and she was very disappointed with her pedicure. The man was awful at massaging and complained to her about how she clipped her toenails too short. My mother, quite humble in nature, told the man at the front she was disabointed and he gave her a discounted price instead, which I thought was very nice.
On the other hand, every time I have gone it has been a pretty good experience. The people are kind and may speak little English but smile often and have good mannerism to make up for it. I am a perfectionist and do not like sloppy nails. I very much appreciate how detail oriented the manicurists are, they file out bubbles and I even had one women work on my acrylics for 25 minutes to make sure it was 100% the stiletto shape I wanted. Their pricing is also very good in comparison to other nail salons I have been to in town. I enjoy going very much and would recommend it over any other place in Chico.

Always do such a great job when I go there! Michelle, Van, E and Tu are my favorites and my nails look like magic every time I leave!!

I went and had my nails done yesterday. The guy that did my nails did a really good job and I’m happy with how they turned out. However I called at about 12-1 to make an appointment and the guy told me 2. Once I got there a little before two I had to wait 30 minutes to get in along with the five other people that came in with a 2 o’clock appointment. I just think they need to work on time management.
