So I called to make an appointment for my fill in for Monday august 9, they told me I have to pay a $25 deposit because I was a no show. But I never not show up for my appointment and if I know I’m not going to make it I call and tell them before my appointment time. Called back and explained to him that I have my cash app receipt showing I came I came on the day I supposedly missed. Then he says oh it was cause you were 30 minutes late. My appointment was supposedly at 3:30 but I came in at 4. No I didn’t based on my receipt. They obviously don’t honor a loyal customer that’s been going there for years. Don’t want to take responsibility for their wrong.

Great nail shop. Vicky does my gel nails and regular pedicure. Vicky is fantastic.

Called for the very first time to make an apt for a pedicure and manicure. As i later found out I was speaking to the owner, she kept cutting me off in the middle of my questions and was rushing me off the phone when inquiring about their services. When i asked her if she could let me finish, she kept replying in a very passive aggressive/condescending tone. I then asked if I could please speak to someone else because i didn't appreciate her attitude, she said well you're talking to the owner so consider your appointment cancelled??? Very unprofessional, rude and, childish... thankful i didnt get the chance to actually book the apt and spend my money at a business like this.
Its not that hard to be kind especially during these times and when people are trying to support your business, do better!

I have been to Lush several times and it is by far the best nail salon experience in Raleigh! The ladies here are so nice and truly give the most wonderful mani/pedis. I always make an appointment and they get me in right on time. The quality cannot be beat. My pedicures from Lush last much longer than from other salons. They also have 2 cute dogs at the salon which makes it fun! I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Lush!!
