I've been seeing Jessica aka "Jess" for a while and she's done *amazing* work. I would highly recommend, especially if you're looking to try dyeing your hair a color in the rainbow. Her prices are also very reasonable given the quality of her work.

I have been going to Tonic for several years now. I always have Katie cut my hair and she has always done an amazing job. I get compliments on my hair. I have gone to Tonic for massages before but my favorite masseuse does not work there anymore. I'm not sure why other people are unhappy, I noticed comments about the receptionist. In my opinion receptionist's come and go, it is the nature of the position. You take it with a grain of salt.
