At request of a friend she recommended Q’ I went to her on Friday 8/13 that evening. I wanted dip but got talked into Ombré acrylic which was fine. Sunday 8/15 I noticed my nails were lifting from around the cuticle. I called on 8/16 and spoke to the gentlemen who told me to come back to see Q’... my middle nails were crooked and some where longer than the others. I’m 50 years old and love my nails to look nice.. I’ve gotten my nails done for years...Q’ redone the nails and did a fabulous job the second time however because I told her how to do them she told me to not ask for her again because that’s not how she does nails. I said to her “so you so them like you did them Friday, I won’t come back. I am new to the area and what I am finding out about the nail salons here is that they want your money and want you to take whatever they give you. I spent $130.00 there plus a tip. I am going to result in keeping my money and not supporting the Asian community because they do not appreciate US!!!

I’ve gone here for a long time and always like their Quality of work. However I am fed up with the way that they treat their customers. They’re very rude and do not appreciate your business. They told me they didn’t like my nails which what does it matter it’s not on your hand. Also that my boyfriend must be crazy for dating me. Have constantly cut my fingers up with every visit and my last visit the owner very loudly yelled at another customer in front of everyone. This is so wrong, you should treat people with better respect than what you’re giving. I’ve let it’s slide for long enough and it’s time to speak my truth. If you expect for your business to survive you have to treat customers better then this. I cannot excuse this behavior for good quality any longer

I made an appointment after reading reviews.
I had not been in before but I was looking forward to having a relaxing time. I was wrong. The lady doing the pedicure was hurried and had me do most of the work by having to hold my leg stretched out and up like I was a gymnast. I told her I couldn't hold it up that long and she says she can't see. Then I overhear the conversation they had between themselves. Talking about each customer rudely. They even said one lady smelled. You should be aware that today many people speak more than one language or opt to use Google translate. I won't go back to a place that speaks so disparaging about their customers right to their face with smile.

Kieu (Que) is awesome with the nails. I forgot the lady'a name that did my pedicure but their pedicure team is awesome as well.
