I love it at iNails! Everyone is so friendly and my nails always look beautiful! Love the shoulder and back massage after every manicure so much I usually get a chair massage too! Pedicures are awesome too! I always feel pampered when I leave! I highly recommend it......would give them 10 stars if I could!

I haven't had my nails done in over a year so I decided to treat myself. Called and made an appointment and showed up a little early just to be told I had to wait because I made an appointment. That was fine. But 45 minutes after my scheduled time I still wasn't getting my nails done. When I finally sat down in the chair to start I asked for acrylic and a specific shape. Was told that shape cost extra. Thst was fine. She didn't use acrylic but instead used dip powder. I wanted gel polish and the selection choices they had were limited.
My nails were crooked and some were bumpy. And today (a week later) 3 popped off at work. So I popped the rest of them off with ease.
$60 down the drain. I'm glad I didn't tip even though I was practically told to. Sorry, you're not getting a tip for crappy work and telling me to give you one. That's not how it works. I will never go back and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Don't go hear. I got a set of regular acrilics and it was not worth the $45 not included tip. They use the quick dip method but don't build up the nail at all leaving them week and prone to lifting. Glue all under my nails too. I could go on but in general just poor craftsmenship and WAY overpriced. Don't waste your money.

I've been there a few times, each time was different. The last visit wasn't a relaxing one. I'm going to have to try out local nail salons.

I specifically asked for the picture I showed him and he said he could do it. After sitting and having him do my nails, he completely did the opposite and still charged me 65$. I have been to my regular salon in Newark and paid 45$ for what I wanted. Was not worth my money at all.
