Before their remodel I’d gotten several good pedicures. However, just after they reopened after their remodel, I received a terrible pedicure. I was bleeding from several toes where the woman pulled skin out too harshly. She cut my nails unevenly and actually painted over a spot of blood on my big toes. It looked like a bubble in the polish, but at my next pedicure (elsewhere), we discovered a spot of dried blood that had to be scraped off. For 2 weeks after my appt, two of my toes were super sore. I admit I did arrive just before closing (I didn’t know) but it would’ve been better to tell me they couldn’t do my pedicure. This was an unacceptable pedicure and will likely keep me away.

They have massage chairs. That is all. And they do the best nails I've ever had!!!

Hanna does my eyebrow and lip wax awesome everytime. Detailed, and nice. Tells you a little hot before put wax on lip, tries blow on it to cool down before putting wax on your skin. Put aleo to help burning after wax done. Helped shape my eyebrows every two weeks. I have arches again. Only go to her here or Lisa the owner. Always ask for HANNA when getting a wax. She great!! Hanna also does my nails every 3 weeks always gives me time pick out my gel color (Im picky), smiling, ask how I am. While I get my nails done she talks to me, or asks if I like the hearts, or polka dots before putting the finishing lights on. I really appreciate the care, time and effort she put in to make my nails look awesome everytime. Hanna is my go to women for everything. Prices are fair for great service. Best salon in seattle!
