The salon was clean and the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly. However, the manicure itself was not good. Apparently with no chip you're not supposed to soak the nails or do cuticles, but every other salon I've been to does that so I felt like I was getting less then at other places. Also no shoulder massage, which is obviously not essential but a nice bonus when you're paying for your nails and most other places do this now!
