I've been to many Firestone's over the years and I stopped in here during a vacation emergency. The manager Nick was straight up and let me know the estimate after the diagnostic check. I couldn't afford it and figured out a way to bypass the problem and get on my way. Nick was nice enough to waive the diagnostic fee. Thanks Nick!

This is the absolute WORST mechanic shop I have ever been to. We had a horrible experience with the manager here. They had our vehicle for THREE WEEKS, and they made the problem even worse. Every time they said my vehicle was ready, I picked it up and there was another totally unrelated problem happening. The manager is a manipulative liar. If I could give this shop negative five stars I would. There was one technician there, Ivan, who was always sweet and helpful, but other than that, this place is a joke. I paid almost $1,200 for them to ruin my vehicle. I did end up getting a refund after thousands of calls to corporate, who NEVER called me back by the way. I always had to call them. This place is a headache. Don't ever trust them with your vehicle!!

I had them do an alignment on my truck and everything went just fine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my truck in for oil change and air conditioner check. Oil change went fine. Ordered wrong part for ac twice. Finally got the right part. Worked fine for a month. Now its not working again and have been here 2 hours and still don't know anything. I won't come back to this one again. I am hoping they fix it right this time.

these guys were great. My battery died so I made an appt for the next day.
Unfortunately my car decided it needed help sooner. The workers at Fitrstone were able to get me in and out rather quickly for which I will always be grateful.
