If I could give zero stars I would have done that but I had to give at least one to be able to comment. Every last person in the place is rude as hell. Absolutely no chairside manners what so ever!!!! I was in there today and this will be my very last time in there again. The girl that did my toes was absolutely rude for no unnecessary reason. Which sucks because I drive about 45 minutes to come there just for my eyebrows. But I will never ever walk foot in that place again! Thank you for the most terrible service today!

The men are rude and disrespectful. They are not hospitable and their customer service skills and english are poor. Tina on the other hand is always sweet and professional.

Will never go back. Very rude needs to be shutdown i dont see how people go there. You have lost my business dont deserve a dime treat customers very poorly.

Total rip off. I got a manicure on Saturday and on Sunday my nails were chipping. I went back Monday and was told regular polish only lasts 2 days. She told me I should've gotten gel...r u kidding me?!

I will never EVER recommend this establishment to anyone. I'm a very easy going individual, however when you're telling my sister and I to shut up while we are communicating amongst ourselves, then rudely point and talk about your customer/s in Vietnamese as well as broken English in between........you have lost my business!! Your job is customer service.......which means you're to serve your customers. I am paying you for your services, and if your service is poor, do not expect my business ever again. I was rushed and wasn't given the option of even somewhat enjoying my personal time. Also, getting up to talk for long periods of time and avoiding your customer that you have started working with is rude. Have the decency to let your client know that you're stepping away for a moment and will get back with them. I have given this place MULTIPLE chances to show me actual customer service, and still no change. Upcharging your customers just because you feel like it? They charged me $40 for a basic color fill that cost $25. If you do not like being busy and having customers come in to work with you, my personal suggestion is for you to change your profession.
