If you are getting married near Disney or Universal go to this place! They are so efficient and are very professional. They got me and 15 people in and out in an hour and half! Also if you are the bride (like myself) request Sue! She is so personable and very kind :)

I went in and got their signature pedicure and upgraded to gel polish. The massage therapist who worked on me asked what type of massage I wanted (deep tissue). When he was working on my shoulder he asked if it was too much, and I told him to please beat me up; he laughed and proceeded to work with gentle touches, ignoring my knots. This is the typical style of massage I have gotten free with a manicure at other salons - and really not up to the caliber of someone who is a licensed massage therapist. When he got to my neck/skull/face, it was uncomfortably oily, and his hands were callused and had a ragged nail, so he tended to scratch my skin and pull my hair (I had to ask him to stop). He stroked oil over my face - when I left, I took one look at my now disgusting hair and face and knew that I was taking a shower as soon as I got home.
The pedicure process was typical of what you can expect, except for its done in the dark, with a little lamp making your feet visible. After the aforementioned shower, I noticed that the shape of my nails was weird - I prefer a short, rounded look (what I asked for) - and they were made square across the top, but not the sides, so it's a wonky line. I can fix it myself, but that ruins the integrity of the gel polish, and is opposite of the point of getting a pedicure. Also, my heels were filed but not smoothed after, so they are scratchy and rough.
When I called to let someone know about this, I got the spa manager. She did not offer to have me come back and fix it (which, again, is normal procedure). Instead, she said that she would make a note and next time I came in she would put me with someone else. Totalling $110 with tip, why would I come back to such terrible service?

In less than 2 hours, my gel manicure was chipping. By 24 hours, 3 nails had completely peeled off. I have been coming to this salon for a long time, and I have been very disappointed with their service the past year or so. I will not be returning.

My gel manicure chipped later that same day. :( I had gone for a manicure specifically for engagement photos the next day. Two fingers on my left hand chipped a few hours after my appointment.
The gentleman doing my nails cut my cuticles causing me to bleed and I still have a scab 4 days later.
Also - While getting my manicure multiple staff members sat down near me and started gossiping. They made inappropriate comments about other guests and made fun of a guest they considered a lesbian. This is discrimination and incredible disrespectful. Very disappointing experience.

Amazing! I felt so relaxed after my visit, I had a pedi bliss pedicure, and my nail technician was Charlie, he did a wonderful job, very nice, clearly skilled. I came in on a whim with a friend from our of town, this will be my new favorite place! Can't wait till my next visit!
