I can’t say enough good things about Absolute Dental and especially Dr. Han. Like many of us, I hate going to the dentist. It’s been too long since I have been to the dentist and needed deep cleaning and three broken teeth crowned. The hygienist was very good and she got my teeth feeling very clean. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. She also has me on a good plan for hygiene using a Oral-B electric toothbrush, proper flossing & using a water pic. Dr. Han and her staff did a great job on the crowns. Between them and the lab they use, they all feel natural and look fantastic. The front office staff were also very friendly and helpful. This is now my dentist for life. Thank you so much.

The oral surgeon treatment coordinator... Jackie has been amazing.. we needed to get in quickly n she accommodated us n was so gracious about it. She has been lovely every single time we called her... I’m very grateful for her!!! N the chairs in the waiting rooms in all your office’s are horrible n uncomfortable.

My experience at the eastern location was not pleasant thanks to front desk rep/what ever she is and her name is Tasha. She needs more training on her customer service. If I didn't need to see the dentist I would have left but I will be changing my location due to her. She told me I can only pick one side top or bottom to get check when im having issues on both sides and tried to up sell me. I said to the lady that was checking me in that I wanted my entire mouth checked emergency dental and Tasha jumped in the conversation forcing me to pick a side. "I'M NOT SAYING EVERYTHING SHE SAID" BUT VERY RUDE. when that's not a full evaluation/consultation.
I wanted my entire mouth to be examined which my insurance told me im covered for x-ray, examinations, cleaning, dentures and extractions if I choose etc, I made sure before I set my appointment.
I submitted everything online of my concerns and why I was making the appointment. I get there and sign in at 7:56am with an appointment set for 8am which that is the time they open. I was the only one in there at the time and everyone that sign in after me was seen before me. I did not get seen until after 9:30am. To only spend 5-10 minutes with a Doctor that only did an xray on the side I was forced to pick. No work was performed the time I left there office waiting for my paper work was after 10:30am. I will never go to that location ever again. I gave a two Star because it wasn't the whole Staff just Tasha I believe that's her name.

Went here with tooth pain needing an extraction. Dentist does not do them and refers to the in house oral surgeon who is far more expensive and of course not there. Don't go here for emergency. They will have you make an appointment and come back.

This is the most unprofessional place!
I made an appointment with the specialist for 4 months ago and they’ve cancelled my appointment for no reason 4 times already and when I call to reschedule my appointment they can NEVER find me on the schedule. I’ve been in pain for months now, going somewhere else!
