I purchased a dining room set at a nearby store in my area and needed a replacement for one of the pieces that broke on my chair. The store I purchased the set from has contacted your company many times and has been told different information about shipping dates. It has been since June that i'm waiting for this piece of furniture to arrive. When I asked for a tracking number now, the store and myself got nothing. It's unfortunate that the communication has been very poor on your end, which results in me calling the store for an answer, which is hopeless. I hope this issue gets resolved soon and that this doesn't happen again!
