If you're black don't waste your time here. I've tried to get my nails done twice here. I see empty chairs and I am told they can't because an appointment may be coming. Take your money elsewhere. I am not the first to say this and I doubt I'll be the last Asian Nails is better and close.

I have been a client for about ten years so they must be doing something right as I’m picky! I have been quite happy with my manis and pedis and if I’m not-I gently say so and they are only too eager to please. If you don’t say anything, how are people to know?
As for complaints of “racism,” that is as ludicrous as it is unfair! It’s always best to make an appointment. Yes, Crystal Nails does welcome walk-ins but not at the expense of customers who have appointments! If walk-ins can be accommodated, they are only to happy to do so. Obviously, at busy times, this is more difficult to accomplish.
Give Crystal Nails a try-it’s a family owned and run business. If one technician doesn’t suit you, then try another. Caprina and Ryan want you to have a great experience!

Love this Nail Salon. The owner calls out my name everytime! Its clean, newly remodeled even new chairs and professional staff.

This place is racist. If your black don’t go here. I’ll tell you my story of the reason I deem this place to be racist. Came here three different times. Twice after work and I work late so I figured it was because I didn’t have an appointment. The Chinese lady that sit in the front told me “there wasn’t enough time to do a mani and a pedi” ok, so Today I just tried to come in on a Saturday morning surely I can get my nails and feet done. No again, told by the same woman . “Not enough time”? It’s only 10am. And they say “walk ins welcome” I’m a paying customer, this is horrible. But I will not be back to this place to get treated like trash and I trying to supply your company business. I will report you
