The worst quality nails I have ever had done. I got a fill and gel polish on top. The whole thing took WAY too long. My fingers were filed more than my nails. The tops of my fingers are still sore. I left with gel polish all over my fingers and a huge bump of gel polish on one of my fingers. I will never be back. It looks like a child painted my nails.

I originally called about the services I wanted done and I also asked for pricing. I was told one price over the phone for acrylic fill with gel and I wasn’t told of the additional price until I was already in the chair half way through my service when she said gel was additional to the quoted price. The way she through it out there took me by surprise as she knew I was searching for gel colors. She had ample time to reiterate the pricing to make sure we were on the same page. When I expressed I wasn’t told that she said I didn’t. Implying that I lied. I told her I wasn’t going to argue but I know what I said. Just to keep peace. She then said her prices are too high for me when I asked about a pedicure. That was completely inappropriate to say that to any customer/client. I have the money to pay for the QUALITY SERVICE that I asked for but she was misleading. I completed the service and only to be more disappointed by the polish application and the shape. They were not uniform in shape at all. This was the WORST experience I have ever had and the amount did not equal the quality whatsoever. I was highly disappointed and I had to pay another person at another salon to fix the technician’s work. I left there feeling under valued, misinformed and ripped off.

Ti does amazing work! I have been coming to her for years. If you are picky or need an intricate design she is patient and beyond talented. Love her and love this shop!

Tina is Very Nice and Does Awesome work. Prices are good. Will Definitely be going back.
