Terrible place. Rushed thru pedicure, no massage whatsoever. Smudged my nails while wrapping and said "well, you seemed to be in a hurry". Will not got there again.

The WORST. Over-priced unsanitary mani/pedi. Also NEVER buy a gift card from here! My mom bought me a $150 gift card a year ago and I went to use it, they would NOT accept it since it was from my birthday a year ago!!!! So I guess my moms $150 is wasted, I’m not sure what to do but they wouldn’t accept my gift card and then I had to pay out of pocket for a terrible experience. Stay away!

Went to do gel mani & had the worst experience ever!!! The technician had a skin problem & all her arms & hands were covered in blisters & red spots. When I asked about it she said this allergy without even thinking to put gloves on before working on my nails! The last thing i needed is to think of this being icontagious or not... so, I left after tying to complain to the front admin person, who was not even apologizing saying to me that there is not a problem & this person works 2 yrs like this!!! BTW the good thing I left since the technician wanted to put gel on without cleaning my nails at all & only after cut the cuticles...🤷♀️

Horrible pedicure and expensive, I got a lady to work on my pedicure and she didn't even clean my toe nails or cut death skin. I asked her to please pay extra attention to my heal and she told me would be $ 18 more if I wanted her to take care of that which I said no. After 10 minutes another lady got there saying that she was her lady, and that she booked with her so I told her to please go ahead and take care of her customer, to e honest I didn't care. I got another lady and she just did the last part, applied lotion and applied nail polish which she was very good at it. She also did my manicure and it was a ok job no to mention that after 2 days started to come off. Keep in mind that I am at NY for work so I am not even doing dishes. For $ 65 , not worth it
