I walked in to get a pedicure and they didnt tell me it would be a thirty minute wait, so of course the water for my foot soak was ice cold by the time someone finally came to start my pedi. Then I told them I wanted the deluxe pedicure which is extra and its supposed to last between 40-45 minutes, with EXTRA long massage. They were done with everything, including my nail polish, after only 30 minutes. Extra long, my ass. More like you'll be waiting extra long to start your service. They don't know how to take their time there, so they just rush everything to try and fit more people in as much as they can. I wont be going back there again.

Best pedicure for a great price! My pedicure lasted an hour with different massages, foot mask, and hot stones! This place is the best! Very clean and doesn’t smell of strong fumes!

I LOVE NANCY'S's work! I was fed up with T spa and their horrible work ethic and customer service when I fired them in the middle of an appt, and needed someone to fix the atrocious job that they had done on my nails. I stumbled upon Luxury Nails at that time.
LUXURY NAILS is everything it claims to be. CLEAN, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, SKILLFUL, and all of there equipment works!
The best part is the Nail Technicians are actually focused on your experience. They never rush you in-and-out, or treat you rudely if you ask for something specific!!

Absolutely horrible service... The woman who initially did my nails put the acrylic on so thin, within two days two of my nails split my nail beds and another nail broke at the tip... I thought to myself no big deal, I'll just go back so they can fix them... I walk in the door, explain the situation and they took absolutely no accountability and attempted to blame me for their bad job... THEN, instead of actually forcing my nails, a different woman just put nail glue in the two split nails and added acrylic to the broken tip nail (making it half as long as the rest) and repainted them!!! I had to go to a different shop to have them fixed correctly, therefore forcing me to spend twice as much than I should have had to... NEVER AGAIN!!!
