I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came a few weeks ago for a wax, and they typically close at 7pm on Saturdays but one of the employees caught me in the parking lot and told me they decided to close at 4pm.... ? THEN I came today for a wax, and the lady told me in a very rude tone to “just come back tomorrow”, they were “too busy to try to work me in for a wax.” This is horrible customer service and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and recommending my friends to do the same. If you can never make time for a wax for anyone then simply don’t offer the service 🙄 !!!!

2 of my nails broke 2 days later. That's never happened before. I live in Charlotte. I didn't want to drive 30-40 for them to fix what they should've got right the first time. And I didn't like the polish job on my feet. Won't go back.

They have so many new products and a wide color selection and gave me the best nails ive ever had 10/10 for sure im never going to another nail salon again

I had no issues with this mail salon. I went in and choose a polish u wasn't completely happy with because I was in a hurry and I made the lady aware of that. She picked up a color that was exactly what I wanted and looks better than I expected. I choose a gel top coat because it lasts longer and my nails look great!

I would give no stars if I had the option. I took my daughter to get us a pedicure. We signed in and took a seat. Nobody spoke to us, we waited and hour and there were employees just sitting around. We got disgusted and left. We will check out Lavendar in Belmont as our experiences there have always been much better.
