I have known the owner Chi for over 20 years. She’s a dear friend and amazing business woman. I would have no one else touch my nails and lashes. Spectrum Nail is the cleanest and most professional nail spa out there. You DO get what you pay for. 5+++ Star!!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! 1 star is way more than they deserve! I came last Saturday and spent 4 hours just to leave completely unsatisfied with my nails, I wish I knew the woman’s name who did this to my nails (short black hair with glasses...talks way too much). I was already late for a prior engagement so I didn’t have time to have someone else fix it. When I left the owner as well as the woman that did my nails knew they looked bad which why they didn’t charge me full price but they also didn’t acknowledge the horrible work or offer to correct it. I came back yesterday and showed them my nails and asked that they fix it but the only decent nail tech (Karen) was busy. So I came in this morning to give them another chance to rectify the horrible job that was done (I would like to note that I was not looking for a discount and was more than ready to pay full price for them to fix my nails) and they of cours kept me waiting and showed no remorse...I eventually just decided to leave and go to sweet escape off 59. I will never patronize this shop again and you shouldn’t either!

This place just makes up prices on the top of their head. I was referred by a friend, I came up here by myself and was charged $10 more.... horrible customer service!

I have to agree with majority of others that are sharing their experiences. When Spectrum first opened the customer service was superb but now I guess that they have the customer based platform, customer service has flew out the window. The prices of full sets and refills have went up dramatically... I don't think Chi(the owner) really cares about losing clients in my opinion. My full set was awesome along with great customer service with the lady that did my nails but the lady that did my pedicure was nonchalant, like she did not want to work that day. Spectrum definitely needs to get better with treating all of their clients with dignity and respect.
