Rude upon entering, no smiles to be seen! Poor atmosphere ,and very unsanitary! Unprofessional service with out any concern 0n customers satisfaction.

went in with my best friend for prom. she started 20-30 minutes before me and i finished 20-30 minutes before she did with longer nails than hers. both of us have acrylic and glue on our skin and uneven, crooked nails. one of the ladies working on our nails was on her phone and video chatting the entire time and stopped part way through to go get water from Starbucks, leaving my friend with long fake nails waiting to get them finished. they also did not ask my preference on nail shape and did their own thing to my nails. they applied uneven acrylic and uneven nail polish. would NOT recommend.

Asked to get acrylic on my toes and she said she’d do it they had me back and forth, from pedi chair to the nail table. The man that was doing my acrylic he said he only did it on one to finished painting my nails on my hand and charged me, I tipped because the lady did an amazing job at the massage! Then he switched me over to a THIRD lady and she did not file my nail down nor add the second nail on my toe? She painted it and it looked so bad asked for my money or to fix it they said they’ll charge me to remove and redue?! Like really?! My sister got a pedicure as well and the lady cutting her nails, cut them slanted. Super upset with the results. Would definitely not recommend.

Terrible service, doesn’t know what they are doing. Completely immature and rude; no customer service what so ever. Over charges when they mess up. I would not recommend this business to anyone, if you want exactly what you want and for it to look acceptable do not come here.

I walked in to meet a friend who was there about 10 mins before me, they didn’t greet me ask if I wanted service I walked over an sat by her at a pedi chair and proceeded to talk with my friend and was never acknowledged but hey their loss I’m a FAT TIPPER , Anyway I left my friend there getting her toes done cause I don’t tolerate being treated rudely for no reason boooooooooo
