Almost all of the employees had great manners. Mostly kept clean. All shelves are usually stocked and organized properly. They have almost everything that you could possibly want to buy. I repeat ALMOST!!! That means that they don't have everything you need.

I went into this Walmart about 4:00am today and the people were so helpful. I had to pick up a few last minute thanksgiving things and they were pretty much fully stocked and the overnight stocking crew was so helpful. Anytime I looked like I was looking for something they went above and beyond to find it. I was very impressed. I don’t live near that location but I wish I had a Walmart like that one in my neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly.

Berlin Walmart could use some work. Shelves are pretty empty and people that should be working aren't. I do like going to the store for quick pick ups, but for my big shopping trips, I chose Williamstown Walmart.

Only giving my review based on ordering online and doing a pick up... I ordered over 200$ worth of food and decided to do a "pick up". Everything went fine and was fine until I got home to put my order away. Some of my boxes were smashed, dented and almost open. Now I understand things happen during shipping but why would y'all choose these boxes to give customers out of all the boxes...

Call the manager in the daytime and told him my girlfriend was in the hospital and our RV is park in the back and as soon as she gets better we would have it towed out it's not even been 2 weeks and we get a call from a cop with an attitude and Walmart say they are going to have it towed but on Walmarts site they say RVs are more than welcome to park in the the lot we value RV customers don't believe it it's a true lie you've been warned good luck
