I accidentally came in late on a Saturday and the gal that helped me was very patient, considerate of what I wanted, and she did a great job. However, if I could change one thing, I would have asked her to do another coat of polish being I picked a light blue. I would still recommend! :)

Had a 10:00 appointment. Waited untill 11:00 and they weren't there to open. Tried calling but no answer. Second time this has happened. Won't go back.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Called in advance. Asked for gel overlay. They did a arcrylic overlay on 4 nails and I had to ask to have all of them done. Another misunderstanding about french vs color. I then asked if there was time to paint my toes as I had about 30 minutes before I had to leave... and a pedicure later I was almost out the door. I was charged $45 MORE than quoted on the phone and it was only AFTER they were done did they state that they ONLY accept cash. Nails are uneven, wide at the tips and downright poorly done.
