They have terrible customer service and very rude. No reason to mistreat my mom they way they did. My mom is kind, shy and quiet. They refused to let her decide on her own color etc. The male tech ignored every question and refuse to respond, but when others spoke to him, he responded. Yes he speaks English. When we ask for the plastic and oil so she can put her shoes on without damaging the pedicure they told me to do it myself. I don’t like putting mean things online, but this wasn’t the first time. I thought they were just having a bad day prior. The way they treated my mom, I feel like I should share the experience. When I tried to tell them they don’t need to be this mean us, they all started yelling at me all at once.
The only person who has ever been kind to us there is Carole. Everyone else, mean and rude. This is my last time taking my mom there.

One of my nurses recommended I come get my nails done here and I have come to this place to do my nails ever since! Everyone is so nice and friendly and they try to attend to everyone even when they are busy. Note that you can only tip with cash and you will want to tip them after the great job they will do for you!

I got a manicure and pedicure there and my nails turned out great. They were friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with my time spent there.

I really liked my nails but some of them are a bit bumpy but over all the place and my nails were pretty good

I was told I would wait 20 minutes to get attended it took them almost 40 minutes. After waiting I tell my nail tech (male) if he can do the holographic design on my nails and he said NO! The lady next to me even looked over her shoulder to see what happened. After all that he left the shape badly (coffin) and the nails are beyond thick!!! By far the worse experience I have ever had at any nail salon.
