I got a full set of nails put on while out of town and it came time to find a local nail salon for maintenance. There are several choices around town and ultimately I chose Ava because of the longer hours. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews however I had an excellent experience. The salon is clean, service was quick and precise and my nails look perfect. Thank you Ava nails.

I've always received the best services from these ladies & (the two) gents! They've always make sure that I'm comfortable (ice tea, water temp & hang up my purse) and happy (mani & pedi)! And my pedicures look so good that it looks like I just got them done - up to two weeks!

This was the worst customer service and pedicure I've ever received! my husband and I made a appointment for 2 pedicures the best one they offer, for at of all they made sit there with no water for at least 15minutes, then she had a attitude and did my pedicure in 15 minutes a 45 min pedicure. mean while my husband was still waiting in cold water. when they finally got there it was rushed! it took us 1 1/2 hrs to get out of there, yet most of the time was sitting around and we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip!! Did I mention WE HAD APPOINTMENT!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!

HORRIBLE. Please save your money. I got fake nails the nail technian didnt paint the gel polish fully i had patchs and alot of spots. On top of that he was rough made me bleed and slaped my hand around. On top of that my nails wernt straight filed and he glue the nails toward the ceiling instead of straight from tbe sides my nails look weird they are going up. I paid $50 and ill be paying to take them off somewhere else. Spending more money to redo them. The manager is rude and so was the nail tecnitian. So rude and disrespectful i wanted to run out the experience was horrible. Horrible nails, horrible experience, horrible customer service. Waist of my money.
