I never right reviews but I have to thanks the excellent work of the manager Z. I never found product for my curly hair and her choice did a miracle!!! She took her time with me, with good explanation and found me THE products my hair need. Thank you so much Z !!

This review is exclusively for the excellent customer service provided by the store manager, Z. Every time I come in she is always the first to greet me and ask if I have questions or need any help looking for product. She is extremely knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. Thank you!

This Sally location in Irvine is very close to my school and there was two ladies very accommodation helped me selecting products and hair, even when they where 5 to closing they where so accommodating and so sweet. I saw many people come one the weekends last minute before closing and they help their last minute costumers out I would highly recommend this Sally's

The two employees that helped me were nice and very helpful to me. Never really noticed "nasty looks" my way, but I was too busy trying to get what I needed and leave right away. They had most of the products I was looking for except one. I appreciated both ladies taking their time to check if they had the product in stock. It took a while, but every effort on their part was much appreciated. Ill definitely come back again when I need to restock my hair products.
