I love coming here! The workers are so nice and they do a great job! You just have to come very early because they are always packed!

I came In and showed them a picture of what I wanted done on my nails. They did not have the color I wanted which was pink so I went with an orange peachy color from the brand SNS I believe, that looked sparkly and glittery but I still wanted the same design as in the picture shown! I also asked for the price and I was told 55!! And I even mentioned I wanted my nails LONG so they began to start on my toes nails and finished them up so we then went with the finger nails... I sat down and was then told I couldn’t do the SNS shimmery orange peachy color anymore because my nails were to long? So the lady showed me other things she had that seemed to be what she had to use for my nails to atleast look SIMILAR. (MIND YOU I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT NAILS, THAT’S THE WHOLE REASON WHY I CAME TO A SALON) so we found a pink thing that looked like small little balls.. I wasn’t to sure about it because I mean I asked for something shimmery and it didn’t even look like it had any of that. So I asked if she was sure and what it would look like. And she mentioned that it in fact did have have shimmer.... so whatever I trusted her! we went with it and it looked terrible! Not even professional at all. And now my toes are orange and my nails are pink.. she then went with the chrome and used a SILVER CHROME.. MY NAILS ARE PINKKKKKK NEVER ASKED FOR SILVER. I told her what I thought and she didn’t like it and caught an attitude. They are my nails! And I am paying for my nails to be done the correct way! And if they can’t do something they need to mention that in the first place so I can go else where! I asked them if I could get my toe nails changed to atleast match my nails because it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t get the color I wanted because my nails were to “long” and I got charged $5 extra for THEIR MISTAKE. I paid $85 for something I didn’t want to begin with, Their prices do go up! And Now I have to go somewhere else to fix this! Also All these FIXES she had to do I ended up being there longer then what I expected, the nail tech never apologized for her mistakes and i did not get discounted A PENNY.

Their prices are unreasonable. The workers are quick to catch an attitude w/ you over YOUR nails & what you want on them. I will never go there again.

Their unprofessional, and they switch up the prices. I went bright and early too get my toes done and the lady still did terrible painting them wouldn’t recommend too nobody. They do good eyebrows though

Took care of me after a nail disaster from Model nails day before my bday oh how I loved my nails
