OMG... I'll never go back! Technician cut my nail so deep it cut into surrounding tissue and has been infected for almost a month. Has also resulted in BAD ingrown nail.
UPDATE: Ingrown nail got so bad I had to go to doctor and have the right side of my nail totally cut out.
