The owners are there around the clock- upbeat, offering drinks and working to make sure your taken care of.
Spa is bright and clean, color options plentiful.
I usually park wherever I find and then walk over to Heaven- not worth circling around.
The only semi con is that they train techs; hit or miss how experienced of a tech you’ll get.
The best in cherry creek.

Staff was nice and service was great! We didn't have an appointment and they got 3 of us in right away we will be going back! Complaints about price make no sence. It's not crazy expensive. Honestly it's pretty cheep.

Beware of the conniving husband & wife owners! Not only do they take tips from their employees, they will steal from your remaining gift card balances. Sill want to go there? Then, DO NOT ever buy the giftcards! Even if they try to sweet talk you into a great deal or value, know that they will steal it back with your unused remaining balances as "tips" which
they pocket. If not, they will claim your balance is lower than the purchased amount even though you never used the card before.
Finally, ask for your change so YOU can distribute it as tips to your nail techs, especially when you pay as a group (birthday, wedding...etc). Don't listen to the owner's BS about their store policy to collect the tips on behalf of the employees. IT'S YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. You can give it to anyone you want, or not. You have the control, not him!
Ever wonder why the nail techs look or behave apathetically or rude? It comes from ownership chastising these poor nail techs and mentally abusing them behind closed door since ownership graciously "provided them a job and training them." (Sarcasm)

The owner here is very kind and very helpful. I went with some friends who had their nails done and got pedicures and they were well treated and had a very enjoyable time. Although somewhat pricey I would recommend this place as I feel you will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: They no longer offer the happy hour pedicure pricing.
Been here twice so far and excellent work both times. The prices are great (especially happy hour pedicures) and the people are friendly.
