Wow.. This was my first and last time!! I must have gone on the worst day! This place was awful! Parking was a mess. Inside was small and crowded. And it was dirty. Hair on the floor and nobody seemed to care. All I wanted was cornrows to wear under a wig. How hard can that be? Braids were big and bulky and super tight. I was very disappointed. After a couple of days I had to take them out because it pulled my edges out. Now they are almost bald!! Lots of soreness/redness balding and white pus bumps.
I have had my hair braided at another salon many times and never experienced anything like this. I am going back!!
If you value your edges don't go here!!!😡

The lady was pulling my hair like she was angry. I don't know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but that's not what's up. I have never had bumps in my head in my life and this time due to how tight she pulled my hair for the braids I do. She didn't speak English so I had to ask the other lady to translate, so one can only hope she was translating what I said. I wanted my braids bigger than what she did but she continued with the small ones. It took longer than the last time I was there and the older lady was great. My head still hurts some after 2 week's and I have added oils to my scalp. My hair is not falling down like it's suppose, can't get comfortable to sleep and I have tried running warm water on my scalp. As long as that young lady is there I will not go back.

I just got my hair braided by Flora. She’s been braiding my hair at E & G for probably 3 years. It’s healthy and been growing longer over these years! I couldn’t be happier!

I went yesterday my cornrow was braided over my ear the top is loose and it looks like I've had my hair done a month my family says it looks horrible. I'm very disappointed because I've been going there for months for the same style it was always beautiful when I left but a new lady did it yesterday and it's terrible. I'm so upset.
