Not the best nail place I've been to! I give it a 3 star rating for many reasons. Place is neatly organized and looks clean. I paid $21 for a mani-pedi. However, there are still a couple of things this place has to adjust:
1- They re-use utensils from one client to the next. Gross! 😷
2- Gotta have more nail polish selection. It is a nail place! 😒
3. They only had two people working and it was evening time. 😅
4. Their nail ladies are super sweet and talkative... But damn, they do as they please. My nail lady did not listen to anything... She would ask me something. I would say "no thanks"... then she would go ahead and do it anyways! WTH! 😱 (She cut my toenails wrong BTW. Don't ever let them cut the sides of your nails. That's how ingrown nails come to occur! Plus, air bubbles everywhere with their top coat! Uuugh! Kind of annoyed!)
I'll stick to the one on Balboa & Devonshire. Thanks! 😉

The manager is so friendly, she would help u pick the color, great service, the store is well organized. I went there a lot of times, they do it very good !
