On Christmas Eve I called to make an appointment at Pro Nails. I wanted to surprise my friend with a Manicure and Pedicure.
My Friend stated that she didn't like her tone when we came in, saying go over there instead of being welcoming and accommodating. We did not come there to be Hollered at???? I was quite surprised as I noticed how one lady was quite rude to my friend and the other lady that worked on my Feet and Hands was quite nice and full of conversation, discussing Football, Very Knowledgeable and even joked that as a Man my Feet were not Jacked Up.
It also turned out that as the other lady (Owner) was doing her Job she had her Two Kids running around and while she was working her son was Kissing her shoulder and impatient for Santa while she had her Daughter sit on the other side of the room. A place of Business like this is NOT an Environment for Children. Otherwise...The work and the service on the other hand was Very Good. Both Ladies did an excellent Job. My Friend stated..."because it was my Treat she told me it was a Good Experience for us and that it was Very thoughtful of me to do this for her." Also Very Nice and Clean has Wonderful Ambiance, but the Initial Welcome should have been better...Each Customer should be always be given the Red Carpet Service!!!!

I went in today I wanted short stelleto nails, after saying that three times while in the chair .. I came out with square nails. My thumbs are totally uneven even when he decided on his own to make them square. My other finger uneven. I spend 45 dollars an was sick I had wasted money when I finally decided to treat myself. When calling after I left I was just told they would fix them but they never took my name .. I would have excepted my money back an let them remove them instead .. I took pics because I have never seen work like this before. The place is super nice inside buy the work was so upsetting

Horrible quality. Waste of money. Shellac lasted not even 2 days.

Great experience here! Wonderful ambiance (dim lighting, music, massage chairs) for our pedicures! Great customer service!
