I get my pedicures done here because they do a thorough job and for $25. My wife loves the quality of the no chip service. Otherwise they’re always available for you but I wish they were open Sunday.

Love this nail salon! It's really nice, clean and luxurious inside. The foot and leg massages when you get a pedicure are great! Really friendly staff and great service. The location is really convenient. Will definitely be back each month when I come to Crystal Lake! This nail salon is well worth the trip if you are not in the downtown area. It would be a great place to do a girls day as they can accommodate a lot of people at once.

I read the reviews on Google about Queen Nails and all the good reviews were absolutely on target. The service was great and I felt wonderful after being pampered with a manicure and pedicure. The owners are friendly and supportive. The salon is immaculate. I will be going back again asap.

This was my first visit to Queen Nails since moving to the Crystal Lake area 3 weeks ago. Paul did my nails and it is the best manicure I have ever gotten! Paul was fastidious and made sure it was the perfect mani! Normally I pay $30 for a soak off & no chip mani but, like I mentioned, this is a perfect no chip mani! L♡VE!
I think I just found my new favorite!

It has been 24 hours and my pink and whites already look weeks old. All they used was a dremel on my cuticles and now after they are settled it they look awful. The pink around the edges look like they are peeling up as if moisture has already gotten under them. And to top it all off.... my ENTIRE right hand set is CROOKED. I used to come to this salon years ago religiously every two weeks. I had no idea there was an ownership/staff change. I just happened to be downtown and saw they weren’t busy so a walk in would be fine. I will not be returning here and wasting $50 on any kind of service they have to offer. Ever.
