I came here with my sisters and they did an overall good job. They were very obviously talking about us and did not make conversation with us. They were very rough when massaging and clipping my nails. The girl helping me made a big fuss about shaping nails and doing gel toes. They charged all of us different amounts for the same service.

Oh my goodness… after loving this place… Phobe passed me on bc I do not do gel … This was a manicure 3 days ago…. My nail beds are on fire….. I had to go to a walk in clinic this afternoon…. Staff infection… Medical bill and oral antibiotics….

My friend and I went in to get mainicures. The atmosphere was good, phoebe, and my friends nail artist (it was a guy) were both very amazing and super nice! However, i did not receive the same treatment. Off the bat my nail artist seemed rushed and just wanted to get through it. I picked out my colors and showed her. She went back and got 1 color when i showed her multiple, and she got a completely different color, and wouldn’t correct it. She was very rough and not professional. I have been here multiple times and always been impressed, but today i was definitely not.

First time I have been here and won’t be the last while I’m in Park City! Very professional and kind staff, they got us right in with hardly any wait. The massage was wonderful and the representative, Ben, was kind and did a great job. Phoebe, the owner, is super sweet and upbeat - she made the experience even better! THANK YOU for all your hard work and great service!

I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes. I wanted a manicure and pedicure but I was so taken back by the pedicure that I didn’t want to waste any more time or money on a manicure. It seems they overcommit then rushed through my pedicure. The lady dug the cuticle clippers into my nail bed and now my toes hurt. My toe was red and bleeding and she acted like it was normal... Never again.
