Mrs. Ken is the best. The waxes she uses are top notch. She waxes in the direction of hair growth and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She gives her mobile number to her customers and fits you in at the drop of a hat. I get full leg, bikini, and underarm wax and it is worth every penny. No more shave rash and now my hair is coming in finer, softer, and lighter in color. I also think Mrs. Ken is such a delight to talk to, she treats you like an old friend. I never feel uncomfortable around her which is so important when in such a vulnerable position. I'm so glad I found her!

She squeezed me in last minute for my first ever Brazilian bikini wax. It was a great experience, very informative and definitely easier than I thought it would be! She walked me through everything step-by-step, and afterward, I barely felt any sensitivity or soreness. I don’t have any previous experience with waxing beyond eyebrows, but she did an absolutely phenomenal job. She told me to text or call if I needed anything, and the way i heard her interacting with other customers and the way she interacted with me, it was clear she has a large following and runs a customer-oriented business. I loved chatting with her while she did the wax. What a great first experience!

Mrs ken was great, such a nice lady. She asked me what shape I preferred for my eyebrows.I showed her a reference picture and she came as close as she could with the shape I already had. Will definitely be back. Ps if you have a lot of brows, don't worry she WON'T rip them into thin lines.
