Do not get Penny, she was extremely lazy and I did not get my money's worth. I have always had good experiences here in the past especially with pedicures so I went there specifically for that because my feet have been dry and I have a callus that I was hoping they would take care of and she hardly cleaned my feet. The lady in the seat next to me came before me and was still being worked on while I had my nails painted. I didnt get scrubbed or massaged. I know it sounds silly to complain about but I paid for a service I did not get. Again, I think it was more a problem with Penny than the place itself so I do not recommend her.

Terrible time. The lady did not spend much time on feet. No massage or niceties. There are no combos for hands and feet. The lady nastily asked "Where is my tip" before payment was given. And she overcharged, which has been the case in friends' experience as well. Super disappointed and very upset. Time ruined.

The fact that they honor their appointment by having enough staff to service you upon your arrival. However it does not affect any walk in clients where they have to wait longer.

I know u don't expect to get a review from a guy, but about r years ago my significant other talked me into going and now I am addicted. Especially here, they are always nice, they do a great job and I can't imagine shopping for another place when they ARE great in every way.

Got my eyebrows waxed here yesterday and it was a horrible experience. After waxing them, they put rubbing alcohol on my skin (ouch!) Went home and looked in the mirror to find that most of my skin had actually been burned/waxed off. I recommend going elsewhere for an eyebrow wax.
